1. Position: Finance Manager

Job Summary

Mirsrak Food Complex PLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring strong internal controls to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control the financial activities of the company.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Produce accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Supervise and provide leadership to the finance and accounting team.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
• Advise senior management on financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• MA/MBA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, IFRS and tax regulations.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing or food processing industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications and ERP
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
