About This Role
This role is not about routine HR administration—it is about embedding strategic people solutions into a fast-growing real estate firm. As an HRBP at Kavod Commercial, you will act as a bridge between business leadership and HR functions, shaping workforce strategy for a company that prides itself on urban transformation. It suits an experienced HR professional who can move beyond policy enforcement to influence business outcomes through talent planning and organizational design.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The 5–8 year experience requirement signals that this is not an entry-level position—Kavod is looking for someone who has already mastered foundational HR and can now operate with autonomy. The emphasis on collaboration with business executives and HR Centers of Expertise implies you need strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business goals into HR priorities. Real estate experience is not explicitly demanded, but familiarity with project-based, fast-paced industries will give you an edge.
How to Approach This Application
To stand out, focus your application on specific examples where you have partnered with business leaders to solve strategic problems—such as workforce restructuring, succession planning, or change management. Avoid listing daily HR tasks; instead, demonstrate how you have used data and insight to drive decisions. Since this is a re-advertisement, the employer may be particularly discerning about cultural fit and long-term commitment, so convey a genuine interest in the real estate sector and Kavod’s mission.
Who This Role Suits
This role is best suited for a seasoned HR generalist who is ready to operate at a strategic level within a dynamic, growth-oriented company. Competition will be moderate to high, as re-advertised roles often attract a refined pool of candidates who closely match the brief.
