Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up import permits, customs clearance, and shipment status. 
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and relevant government offices. 
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for import transactions. 
  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all import-related documents.
