About This Role
This is an operational coordination role within a long-established Ethiopian manufacturing firm that builds heavy-duty vehicle bodies. As a Store Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between incoming materials, warehouse organization, and outgoing finished goods — ensuring nothing gets lost, damaged, or mismanaged. The role suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives on process discipline and physical inventory control rather than high-level strategy.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The listing seeks someone with 1–3 years of experience, which implies ANTA values practical grounding in inventory or warehouse management over academic theory. The emphasis on reconciling physical counts with reports suggests they need a candidate who is meticulous and trustworthy — someone who can spot discrepancies and act on them without constant supervision. Familiarity with stock bin cards and periodic reporting indicates the role expects basic documentation skills rather than advanced software proficiency.
How to Approach This Application
In your cover letter, highlight specific examples where you managed inventory accuracy, caught shortages, or improved warehouse organization. Because ANTA handles both local and imported materials, mention any experience with packing lists, invoices, or customs-related documentation. Emphasize reliability and attention to detail — the employer will prioritize candidates who can ensure physical stock matches records without errors.
Who This Role Suits
This role is ideal for a junior professional with 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience who wants to grow in a stable, hands-on manufacturing environment. Competition is moderate — ANTA’s reputation and long tenure will attract local candidates, but the role’s specific operational focus limits the pool.
ANTA is a well-established Ethiopian company with over three decades of dedicated experience in the manufacturing industry. Specializing in medium and heavy-duty vehicle bodies.
