Job Summary

The Sales Consultant at Kavod Real Estate PLC is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate projects, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage potential clients and investors 

  • Promote and sell Kavod Real Estate properties and projects 

  • Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients 

  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely client engagement 

  • Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals 

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, monthly, and quarterly) 

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports 

  • Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)  

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage) 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 

  • Good negotiation and closing skills 

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
