Job Summary:

Kavod Commercial invites applications for the role of Senior Sales Representative — Real Estate Specialist within its Commercial & Growth Division. This senior-level role is responsible for managing and closing real estate sales transactions, handling high-value clients, and driving revenue growth through disciplined, results-oriented sales execution.

The position is designed for experienced real estate sales professionals with practical market knowledge, a verified performance history, and the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day direct sales activities for commercial property offerings 

  • Engage prospective clients and assist in responding to inquiries 

  • Participate in property presentations and site visits alongside the sales team

  • Generate own leads and follow up on company generated leads from marketing and tele sales teams. 

  • Maintain accurate client and sales records 

  • Assist with documentation and transaction coordination 

  • Learn company products, pricing, and commercial sales processes

Fresh Graduate Sales Representatives receive structured training, coaching, and on-the-job support to build core sales competencies and professional discipline.

Qualifications & Requirements
