Senior Customer Data Quality Officer
Digaf & Micro-Credit Provider SCAbout This Role
This role is about safeguarding the integrity of customer data across both traditional and digital banking platforms at a micro-credit provider. It suits a detail-oriented professional who enjoys detective work in data, ensuring that every record is accurate and consistent. The position sits at the intersection of finance and technology, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between core banking systems and newer digital platforms.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The employer is seeking a professional who can independently audit and reconcile data flows, not just a data entry clerk. The emphasis on monitoring daily data across systems suggests a need for someone comfortable with both legacy banking software and modern digital platforms. The role likely requires strong analytical thinking to spot patterns in errors and the discipline to maintain rigorous documentation and audit trails.
How to Approach This Application
In your application, emphasize any experience you have with data reconciliation between different systems, especially in a banking or financial context. Highlight specific examples where you identified and resolved data quality issues, such as duplicate records or missing information. The employer will value candidates who can demonstrate a systematic approach to error tracking and who understand the importance of data integrity for compliance and customer trust.
