You will own Mon Real Estate's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — building community, growing reach, and driving qualified leads.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly content calendars across all platforms.
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management.
Coordinate with designers and copywriters on campaign rollouts.
Run paid social campaigns (hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred).
Track performance and report on KPIs — reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Stay current with platform trends and audience behavior.
Place of Work: Mon Real Estate Head Office, Ayer Tena, Addis Ababa

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot, or digital marketing are a strong plus.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian and diaspora audiences.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Real estate or property-sector experience is an advantage.
