About This Role
This role is for a hands-on manager who will bridge clinical service delivery with operational oversight in two regional hubs. You’re not just supervising—you’re expected to ensure that every outreach, clinic visit, and community engagement meets the exacting standards of a global reproductive health leader. It suits a professional who thrives on coordinating teams in the field, tracking donor-funded targets, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
What the Requirements Say About This Role
The job is seeking someone who can translate protocols into daily action without losing sight of donor compliance. This means you likely need a blend of health program management experience and people leadership—someone who has previously held teams accountable for clinical quality and data reporting. The profile is a problem-solver who can handle logistics, staff welfare, and performance reviews, not just a clinical expert.
How to Approach This Application
Emphasize your experience managing health teams in regional or rural settings, especially under donor-funded frameworks. Show that you understand how to balance MSI’s service delivery standards with the realities of field operations—cite specific examples of how you’ve tracked KPIs, resolved team conflicts, or improved service quality. Highlight any familiarity with safeguarding policies, as MSIE places strong emphasis on adult and child protection.
Who This Role Suits
Best for a mid-career health program officer or clinic manager ready to step into a supervisory role with significant team responsibility. Competition will be moderate but serious—candidates with previous NGO field management and donor reporting experience will stand out.
Under the supervision of the Area Program Manager, the Team Leader will be a crucial member of the team responsible for delivering high-quality services. The Team Leader will manage and facilitate the team to ensure impactful service delivery, focusing on comprehensive programs that align with MSI protocols and donor requirements.
We recruit talented, dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds who share our mission and are committed to delivering measurable results. As an equal opportunity employer, MSIE fosters an inclusive workplace where everyone can participate and contribute meaningfully. MSIE is firmly committed to its Code of Conduct, Adult Safeguarding, Child Safeguarding, and Anti-Sexual Harassment policies, which promote equality and safeguarding the welfare of both team members and clients.
