Under the supervision of the Area Program Manager, the Team Leader will be a crucial member of the team responsible for delivering high-quality services. The Team Leader will manage and facilitate the team to ensure impactful service delivery, focusing on comprehensive programs that align with MSI protocols and donor requirements.

3. Duties/Tasks

  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring the achievement of project goals and objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Ensure the implementation of high-quality standards and protocols in service delivery.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and strategize for improvement.

  • Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback for continuous development.

  • Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and project outcomes to the Area Program Manager.

  • Identify and address any issues impacting team effectiveness and service delivery.

  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of project goals and objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health, Social Sciences, Management).

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a related field.
