Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, managing cash flow, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining strong financial discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure optimal financial performance.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and control company costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
