Job Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to lead and support the end-to-end development of web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building complete digital solutions, from user interfaces to APIs, databases, and deployment support.

This role will play a key part in designing scalable solutions, integrating systems, and supporting junior developers where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. 
  • Build responsive user interfaces and robust server-side functionality. 
  • Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services. 
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. 
  • Collaborate with junior developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. 
  • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and guide improvements in development practices. 
  • Support system architecture decisions, deployment processes, and technical documentation. 
  • Participate in planning, estimation, and implementation of new features and enhancements. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development. 
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. 
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js and Python. 
  • Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Amazon Athena or similar. 
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. 
  • Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, and general software engineering best practices. 
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization. 
  • Able to execute with no or little guidance and have great problem solving capability  
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Experience with cloud platforms and hosting environments. 
  • Knowledge of authentication, security, and role-based access control. 
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or supporting cross-functional teams.
