Job Summary
The JO Operations Officer is responsible for managing and executing lottery operations with a focus on publishing, scheduling, system management, and data recording. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant handling of lottery sales information and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the publishing of lottery results, announcements, and operational updates across approved platforms.
- Plan and execute scheduled lottery operations, ensuring timelines are strictly followed.
- Operate and monitor lottery systems and platforms to ensure smooth and error-free performance.
- Maintain accurate data records related to ticket sales, results, winners, and transactions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within all operational systems.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and incidents.
- Generate and submit regular operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Support audit processes by maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Identify and recommend improvements in systems, scheduling, and data processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in lottery, gaming, or similar regulated industries.
- Strong experience in systems operation, scheduling, and data management.
- Familiarity with data recording tools, reporting systems, and operational software.
