The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and marketing background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide a growing team, develop effective sales strategies, and maintain high-performance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

 • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze team performance using KPIs and sales reporting tools.

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on both client acquisition and retention.

 • Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and prepare reports for management.

 • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

 • Participate in pricing discussions, client negotiations, and corporate presentations.

 • Identify business growth opportunities and propose market expansion strategies.
