Job Purpose

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and handling incoming communications. This role ensures professional representation of the organization, smooth coordination of office activities, and timely support to staff and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain organized records of correspondence, messages, and office communications.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing office events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Provide general information to visitors and staff regarding office procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and Admin teams to support office operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Job Specification

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Professional Experience

  • Degree holders: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  •  Diploma holders: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

  •  Business Administration and Office Management
