We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team remotely from Ethiopia.
This role involves speaking with property owners in the United States, building rapport, and helping them explore cash sale options for their homes.

Responsibilities
- Speak with U.S. property owners by phone and follow up with leads
- Build rapport and understand homeowners' situations
- Present cash offer opportunities for their property
- Manage leads and conversations in our CRM system
- Follow up consistently with potential sellers
- Work closely with our acquisitions team to close deals
- Maintain professional communication in fluent English
Requirements
Open to candidates based in Ethiopia only
- Fluent English (required)
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience
- At least 1 year of real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Available to work the full 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. schedule remotely
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions
- Experience using CRM systems or dialing software
- Cold calling or inside sales experience
