Key Responsibilities
- Mobile Sales & Multitasking: Manage the "Tools Station" on wheels, selling FIXTEC hardware and Lalo Bakery ingredients in one trip.
- Flexible Customer Service: Expertly guide customers whether they need welding machines or cake decorations.
- Outdoor Field Activity: Conduct market research and contact new clients (workshops, cafes, construction sites) daily.
- Merchandising: Keep the van organized, ensuring FIXTEC tools and bakery supplies are displayed attractively and priced correctly.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in sales, prior retail or field sales experience preferred.
- Mindset: Strong open-mindedness and flexibility to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
