Background of the role:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with at least 5 years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent presentation and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Work Environment:
- Ability to travel when required.
