General responsibilities:
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
Ensure proper follow up of HR procedures and implementation.
Ensure that HR manual and internal policies are in line with the national HR policies and Labor Law.
Nurture a positive working environment in the team.
Assists with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff.
Salary: Negotiable and attractive; our company will provide Dormitory, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for qualified candidates.
Place of work: Amhara Region, North Shoa zone, Bulga City Admin, Tulfa Kebele (Debre Birhan Direction 64 KM from Addis Ababa).
Qualification
Graduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
Ability to work under pressure, well organized and willing for overtime.
Have proficiency in English and competency in computer skills.
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR regulations.
Experience:
- Above 4 years proven experience; and factory experience is an advantage.
