The Mechanic is responsible for applying powder product according to work orders, specifications, and quality standards. The role focuses on precision, consistency, and safety while ensuring high-quality surface finishes.
Key responsibilities:
· Operate powder product equipment according to production plans and specifications.
· Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
· Prepare surfaces for product, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
· Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of coating and painting equipment.
· Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to supervisors.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
· Record production output, quality checks, and equipment maintenance activities.
· Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
·Education:
- TVET or / 10+2, 10+3(Level III), Diploma or Advance Diploma in General mechanic, or other related field of study
Required Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years of in relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with powder product operation systems, and equipment maintenance.
· Attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality finishes.
· Knowledge of surface preparation, and safety protocols.
· Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
