Responsibilities:
Analyze, review and prepare contractors’ any payment related requests.
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and Bill of Quantity based on drawings and specifications.
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify materials required and estimate costs.
Collaborate with Design team leaders, engineers, and other team members to ensure that quantity estimates are aligned with project requirements.
Review and evaluate Price adjustment documents.
Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation and correspondence.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in a Consulting Role
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience (experiences both in road and building projects)
Proven experience as a Quantity Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
