Job summary 

The Sales & Marketing Officer plays a crucial role in driving revenue and growth. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing marketing activities, and developing campaigns to attract customers and grow market share. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Manage marketing campaigns to promote products/services
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals
• create engaging content for social media and marketing materials
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics to improve performance
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Organize promotional events, tests drives and expiations
• Build partnerships with business and  cooperate client’s
• Ensure with high level of customer satisfaction 
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after sales supports. 

Qualification and Experience

• Experience: 1 years of experience and above
• Qualification : BA degree in marketing, management, business administration and related fields 
• Salary : negotiable
