About This Role

This role places you at the operational heart of a long-standing Ethiopian manufacturer. You will be responsible for translating corporate strategy into day-to-day HR functions, from recruitment to compliance. It suits a professional who wants hands-on ownership of HR processes rather than just advisory support, especially someone eager to shape systems in a company with deep industry roots.

What the Requirements Say About This Role

The listing asks for a first degree and junior-level experience, but the responsibilities suggest the employer is seeking someone who can act with authority across multiple HR domains. They want a candidate who can independently manage compliance, policy updates, and reporting, not just follow orders. This implies they value practical judgment and a solid understanding of Ethiopian labor law over years of service.

How to Approach This Application

Emphasize your experience with Ethiopian labor law compliance and any direct involvement in policy development or implementation. Prepare concrete examples of how you have streamlined HR processes or improved data management in past roles. Highlight your ability to generate actionable reports from raw personnel data, as the role requires regular forecasting and manpower planning.
