About This Role

This role is about turning public and private procurement opportunities into secured revenue for a major distributor. You will serve as the central coordinator between internal teams—legal, finance, sales, and technical—to compile compliant, compelling bids. It suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives on deadlines and enjoys the strategic challenge of positioning a company to win competitive contracts rather than simply processing paperwork.

What the Requirements Say About This Role

The employer is seeking a professional who can independently manage the entire lifecycle of a bid, from early identification to final submission. The emphasis on cross-functional coordination means you must be a strong communicator who can extract technical and financial inputs from busy colleagues and synthesize them into a polished proposal. Experience with Ethiopian government procurement portals and international tender platforms is implied, so familiarity with FMO, World Bank, or UNGM processes will set you apart.

How to Approach This Application

In your application, demonstrate your ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously by describing specific examples of successful bids you have led or supported. Highlight your knowledge of Ethiopian procurement regulations and your experience working with sales or technical teams to align proposals with client requirements. Emphasize your organizational system—how you track deadlines, ensure document compliance, and archive submissions—since the employer will value reliability and precision over creativity.
